MSM Pushes Leaks - Why?

Purported Pentagon leaks have been given widespread coverage by the media, while they also tell you not to look.  What is the agenda?
If our overlords don't want you to know something, the media doesn't cover it.  Therefore there is a reason for this media blitz.
I cover the two reasons I consider likely.  One- a push for censorship and the RESTRICT Act. Two- A way to back down from the Ukraine Spring Offensive the administration is pushing so hard.

The UN should care about this.  The OPCW is part of the UN, after all.  Its corruption and lies should be of concern to the UNSC.   Will they respond?  Inquiring minds want to know (suspicious minds already know.)

Congress Attacks Matt Taibbi and Other Journalists

Our ruling overlords are incensed that the Twitter files show the collusion between corporations and state to influence elections, hide data, and stomp out dissent.
Some exceptionally stupid members of Congress hauled the journalists who exposed the rot in front of them, in order to make it even more clear how corrupt the system is.
Or maybe that was just an unintended result.
