Propaganda Boomerang

The US launders propaganda through Ukraine like they launder money.  Last Saturday Congress members celebrated in an unseemly demonstration of flag waving (Ukraine flags) and chanting.  Why so happy?  Sure it was Hitler's birthday, but there had to be more to it than just celebrating that.
I read more from Lee Fang on the process of moving propaganda from the US to Ukraine, and back to the US, now called "Ukrainian news".       I'm not sure how exactly the money moves back and forth, but the joy on those Congress critters faces makes me think that they know.

Why did the House of Representatives come in on a Sat. to vote more money to "Ukraine" (the US MIC, actually), and to steal Russian assets?
