USAID in Haiti, Syria, and Ukraine

The Dems have recovered from the shock and awe of having their giant slush fund frozen, and are fighting back by claiming that regime change and coups are only part of the beautiful work the USAID does.  I take a look at three countries that have been harmed by the work of USAID.
