Why did the House of Representatives come in on a Sat. to vote more money to \"Ukraine\" (the US MIC, actually), and to steal Russian assets?

It was Hitler's birthday. Coincidence? I think not. They also voted to give the Deep State powers that the Gestapo could only dream of, by renewing an unconstitutional provision of an unconstitutional law.
